Submitting a Notice Online

Public Notices Online offer the ability to submit your public notice online.
This is restricted to those agencies to whom we have a partner relationship with.
Public Notices Online require payment by credit card at time of submission.
We reserve the right to change information about the notice in order for it to meet legislative and publishing requirements.

Prices

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Price changes

We reserve the right to increase fees or to introduce new prices for our products and services at any time. Any such changes will be published in advance on Public Notices Online.

Methods of payment

Payment for all Online purchases is by credit card or Account2Account transfer only.

Problems with payments

If we cannot charge your credit card account or do not receive payment owing from you, we will contact you at your most recently updated email address.

If we are unable to contact you by email, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your publication of notice on Public Notices Online.

Your obligations

You agree to pay the fees published on Public Notices Online, and any other charges (including Internet connection charges) you incur in order to access the Public Notices Online services.

Your personal information

You agree to provide us with accurate and complete personal/business information necessary to supply our services . This includes:
• Your name;
• Business;
• Your email address;
• Your credit card number, type, the name on your card, and the expiry date;
• Your postal address;
• Your contact telephone number
• And other information relevant to your public notice obligations

Your username and password

As part of the registration process, you will select a username and a password. You will use your username and password to gain access to the Notices Management Area.

When your notice has been submitted

It has been processed and your payment has been received, we will confirm your order either by:
• A Confirmation of Submission via a receipt message displaying on your computer screen, which you should print out; or
• A receipt emailed message sent to your email address.

Security and unauthorised use

You must keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for ensuring there is no unauthorised use of Public Notices Online under your username and password.

You agree to notify us promptly if:

• you suspect unauthorised use of your Public Notices Online access; or
• know or suspect loss or disclosure of your username or password.
You are liable for any unauthorised use of your Online subscription until you notify us and update your username and password.

How to tell if Public Notices Online is secure

Refunds

Except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act, we do not give refunds for public notices submitted after payment has been made and the notice submitted to the website and newspaper. A fee is chargeable for refunds before print date.

Newspaper notices

Public Notices Online does not take responsibility for any mistakes, delays or misrepresentation that happens when the notice is published in the newspaper. We will endeavour to ensure to our ability that the information is correct for print. However any issues arising with the publishing of the notice in the newspaper should be dealt with by the newspaper as Public Notices Online will not be held responsible
